Edmund H. Rucker

Edmund founded Fleurs en Ville in 2006.  An
American living in Paris, he is a lifelong gardener and
award-winning urban garden designer.  Edmund is
currently studying at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure
du Paysage, Versailles, France.

Otis and Ella-Louise

Otis and his sister Ella-Louise are valued
members of the Fleurs en Ville team.  They assist
with welcoming our guests and facilitating
presentations, especially at break time when tea
and cakes are served!

aren't eligible to compete in
the Paris window box contest
because we won last year,
we've been invited to be a
member of the jury for this
year.  Meeting in early
